Rococoa is built on joie de vivre. We approach making food like we are conducting an orchestra – bringing together many instruments and ingredients to make harmonious, rich music. Rococoa plays on the words ‘cocoa’ and ‘Rococo,’ the latter is a time in French history where everything extravagant was en vogue – gold, curlicues, silk brocade, baroque music and over-the-top fashion silhouettes. We have created a contemporary minimalist incarnation of this maximalist moment in history. Rococoa is a Kuwaiti take on French culinary culture. Our cocoa is as extravagant as the Rococo movement would have liked! Rococoa uses as many French ingredients as possible, down to our Lescure dairy and our chocolate couverture, sourced from the top chocolatier houses in Paris.
